The Startup Intern Carnival is hosted by Innofest with a vision to provide skill development and career enhancement opportunities to students. Innofest is a platform dedicated to fostering collaboration between startups and students from prestigious institutions across India. This carnival serves as a bridge connecting entrepreneurial ambitions with student career goals. It enables startups to identify and engage with top talent while providing students access to meaningful internships.
The Carnival marks a convergence of employers and future employees—facilitating mutual growth and innovation.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Filling Registration Form
Filling out the registration form with all the required fields for recruiters or applicants, respectively.
Resume Screening
Based on the resumes, a screening process will be conducted. Eligibility criteria will be taken into consideration while selecting the resumes.
STEP 2
In-Person Interviews
Selected applicants will be interviewed in person by companies on 27th September 2025 at the Rajasthan International Centre.
STEP 3
Final Selection & Offer
Final selection will be communicated only by the Innofest Team, and internship letters will be issued at Poddar Business School on a date that will be informed by the team in advance.
